Agreement to use the Services

Terms
of Use.

These Terms apply to the DJ Nanaz website, forms, invite-only accounts, protected DJ Console, and related services operated by ARINAZ LLC.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and at least 13 years old; additional age requirements may apply where you live. Accounts and booking requests are intended for adults or users acting with valid authorization.

2. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms. Material changes will receive notice when required. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

3. Invite-only accounts and security

  • Console access is discretionary, invitation-only, personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable.
  • You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected compromise.
  • You may not share an account, circumvent access controls, impersonate another person, or attempt to obtain administrator privileges.
  • ARINAZ LLC may approve, deny, suspend, or remove access to protect users, music providers, or the Services.

Submission of an access request does not guarantee approval. Approved users set their own password through the designated identity provider; never send a password to us by public form or email.

4. Apple Music, music rights, and technical limits

Apple Music and MusicKit are provided by Apple and require a valid user-authorized account, compatible device/browser, supported region, network connection, and any subscription Apple requires. Apple controls catalog availability, authentication, playback permissions, and service terms. Apple Music is a trademark of Apple Inc. DJ Nanaz is independent and is not endorsed or sponsored by Apple.

  • You are responsible for determining and obtaining every license, permission, public-performance right, synchronization right, and other authorization required for your use of music.
  • The Services do not grant music licenses or ownership rights.
  • You may not use the Services to download, rip, record, decrypt, redistribute, rebroadcast, or circumvent technical protection of copyrighted streams.
  • Audio analysis may operate only on files you lawfully supply and have permission to use.

The browser console operates within MusicKit restrictions. AI recommendations, estimated cue points, transition plans, catalog metadata, and compatibility scores are not guarantees of audio quality, uninterrupted playback, factual accuracy, or suitability for a particular event. A planned or acknowledged transition is not proof of a zero-gap or waveform-verified mix.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break law, infringe rights, harass, threaten, defraud, or submit unlawful material;
  • probe, scan, reverse engineer, overload, automate abuse of, or interfere with the Services;
  • introduce malware, scrape protected content, bypass rate limits, or access data you are not authorized to access;
  • submit false booking or access requests, spam forms, or attempt credential enumeration;
  • represent AI-generated, machine-estimated, inferred, or pending information as human-verified fact;
  • use DJ Nanaz names, logos, images, music, software, or trade dress without authorization.

6. User submissions

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant ARINAZ LLC a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, and communicate it only as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, review requests, respond, secure systems, and comply with law. You represent that you have the right to submit the information and that it is accurate and lawful.

7. Booking requests

A form submission or email is an inquiry only. It does not reserve a date, establish representation, create an agency relationship, or form a performance contract. A booking exists only after authorized parties sign a separate written agreement and satisfy its requirements, including deposits, production, travel, insurance, cancellation, licensing, and venue terms.

8. Merchandise previews

Merch images are concepts/previews. Unless an ordering flow expressly states otherwise, no item is offered for sale, and no price, inventory, specification, battery-life statement, warranty, edition allocation, shipping date, or delivery promise is binding. Final terms will be disclosed before any purchase is accepted.

9. Intellectual property

The Services, software, design, DJ Nanaz DNA presentation, logos, signature, text, images, audio transitions, and other original material are owned by or licensed to ARINAZ LLC and protected by applicable law. Limited permission to access the Services for their intended purpose does not transfer ownership or permit copying, commercialization, adaptation, or redistribution.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ARINAZ LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, RECOMMENDATIONS, QUEUES, TRANSITIONS, ACCOUNTS, OR THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARINAZ LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, MUSIC ACCESS, OR EVENT OPPORTUNITY; OR THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT ARISING FROM THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO FREE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED US $100, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ARINAZ LLC harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, infringement, breach of these Terms, or failure to obtain required music or event permissions.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or preserve information when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, or enforcement. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing terms and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state in which ARINAZ LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law applies. Before filing a claim, contact naz@djnanaz.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. Nothing limits rights that cannot be waived.

15. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer. These Terms and referenced policies are the agreement concerning website use, but separate signed booking or purchase terms control their subject matter.
