DJ Nanaz does not sell personal information, does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use advertising trackers in this release.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to djnanaz.com, its public pages, booking and console-access forms, invite-only accounts, the protected DJ Console, and associated serverless services operated by ARINAZ LLC (collectively, the “Services”). Third-party services, including Apple Music and social networks, have their own policies.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Booking requests: name, email, optional phone and organization, event type, date, location, timezone, estimated guest and budget ranges, and your message.
- Console-access requests: name, email, requested username, reason for requesting access, and consent record.
- Account information: email address, assigned username, display name, account role, account status, and sign-in/security events. Password handling is provided by Netlify Identity; ARINAZ LLC does not ask you to send a password by form or email.
- Communications: information you choose to include when contacting us.
Information collected automatically
- Basic request and security data such as IP address, browser/device type, referring page, requested URL, date/time, and server or error logs.
- Essential cookies or local storage needed for consent choices, authentication, session integrity, queue state, and fraud/security controls.
- When you intentionally connect Apple Music, authorization and playback interactions required to use MusicKit. Apple controls Apple Music credentials and subscription data; DJ Nanaz does not receive your Apple password or payment details.
- DJ Console interactions, requests, queue actions, transition outcome labels, and technical diagnostics needed to operate and improve the authorized session.
Information we do not request
Do not submit government identifiers, payment-card data, health information, account passwords, private encryption keys, or music files through our public forms. The current Merch page is a preview and does not process purchases.
3. How we use information
- Review and respond to booking and professional inquiries.
- Review console-access requests and administer invitation-only accounts.
- Authenticate users, enforce permissions, prevent abuse, and protect the Services.
- Provide Apple Music catalog, library, queue, and playback features you initiate.
- Operate the DJ session, preserve queue continuity, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
- Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and establish or defend legal claims.
Depending on your location, the legal basis may include your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services. You may withdraw consent for optional processing through .
4. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as needed to operate the Services or when legally required. Current categories include:

If the business is involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, information may transfer subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections.
5. Retention
We keep personal information only for the purpose collected and as reasonably needed for security, legal, and operational requirements. Typical targets are:
- Unapproved console-access requests: up to 12 months after final review.
- Booking inquiries: up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication, unless a longer period is needed for a contract or legal obligation.
- Account records: while active and normally up to 90 days after deletion, subject to security logs and provider backups.
- Security and diagnostic logs: normally up to 12 months unless an incident requires longer preservation.
Providers may retain protected backups or logs under their own retention schedules. We may keep de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, and appeal or complain to a privacy regulator. California residents may also have rights regarding sale/sharing, sensitive information, and non-discrimination. DJ Nanaz does not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising.
Send requests to naz@djnanaz.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may verify identity before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Authorized agents may be required to show written authorization.
You can clear browser storage, disconnect Apple Music, log out, or change optional choices at any time. Global Privacy Control signals are treated as an essential-only preference in this release.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed for the nature of the Services, including HTTPS, invite-only authentication, role checks, server-side authorization, limited data collection, form spam controls, restricted secrets, and security headers. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information is at risk, contact us promptly.
8. International processing
The Services and providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers will rely on legally recognized safeguards. Local privacy protections may differ from those in your country.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and public forms and accounts are intended for adults or persons old enough to consent under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child in violation of law. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the Services change. The effective date will be revised, and material changes will receive additional notice when required.
